At Pure Pine Nuts, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that all products are delivered fresh and in excellent condition.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used items.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived in an unusable condition.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by us.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Opened food products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
  • Change-of-mind purchases after the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
